Utah makes it 17 offers for Eletise

Kaiser offensive lineman Michael Eletise received a scholarship offer from Utah today, raising the offer total to 17.

Pacific Islands Athletic Alliance shared the news tonight on its Facebook page.

The 6-foot-4, 305-pound junior had a wondrous two-week stretch in February, receiving a double-digit total of scholarship offers. Things had been quiet for the past week, though, until tonight.

Eletise tweeted this at around 5 p.m. Hawaii time.

Super BLESSED & THANKFUL to receive an offer to play football for the Utah Utes & @CoachPowell99. #Utes #808Represent

He also has offers from Colorado, Texas Tech, Arizona State, Hawaii, UCLA, Cal, Arizona, Kansas, Nebraska, North Carolina, Washington, Washington State, Nevada, Florida State, Utah State and San Diego State.

Eletise and his parents, Nofo and Marie, will travel to Los Angeles and Arizona over the weekend for the Nike Opening Regionals and unofficial visits to UCLA, USC, Arizona and Arizona State.
