It’s gotten to the point that any 24-hour stretch without a football scholarship offer for Michael Eletise feels odd, strange and maybe a bit like the calm before a supernatural storm.
Eletise, a 6-foot-4, 305-pound junior at Kaiser, received an offer from San Diego State early Tuesday evening. That makes it 16 offers for the talented offensive lineman. Eleven of those offers have arrived in the past two weeks.
Eletise announced the latest offer on his Twitter page, and Pacific Islands Athletic Alliance shared the news on its Facebook page.
