Notre Dame offers Saint Louis prospect

Saint Louis defensive lineman Faatui Tuitele, the No. 1 prospect in the class of 2019 from Hawaii, tweeted today that he received his 14th scholarship offer from Notre Dame.

Tuitele made the Honolulu Star-Advertiser All-State second team as a sophomore and is listed at 6-foot-3 and 270 pounds.


He is listed as a four-star recruit by Scout.com, which hasn’t come out with their recruiting ranks for current high school sophomores yet.

247Sports has Tuitele listed as a five-star recruit and the No. 10 overall prospect in the class of 2019 and No. 2 defensive tackle.


Tuitele’s current offers are BYU, Fresno State, Hawaii, Nevada, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Oregon, Stanford, Syracuse, UCLA, USC, Utah, Vanderbilt and Washington.
