Hawaii Prep’s Palleschi to sign with Cal

Three Hawaii Prep athletes will sign their national letters of intent at the Big Island school’s gym Wednesday at 3 p.m., according to athletic director Steve Perry.

Nicky Palleschi, a 6-4, 200-pounder, played tight end, wide receiver and defensive end for Ka Makani. He will sign with Cal.

Gabbie Ewing will sign to play for Concordia (Portland, Ore.) soccer and Bri Vallente will sign to play for Peninsula (Port Angeles, Wash.) soccer.
