Penn State made a football scholarship offer to Kaiser junior Michael Eletise on Saturday, which makes it 31 FBS offers in all.
Eletise also has an offer from Division II Azusa Pacific, alma mater of former Kansas City Chiefs running back Christian Okoye.

The 6-foot-4, 305-pound offensive lineman has impressed recruiters at just about every big camp and combine in Hawaii and on the West Coast since last summer. He made unofficial visits to Oregon State, Oregon and Washington over the weekend. A few months ago, he made unofficial visits to Pac-12 schools in Southern California and Arizona.
