Saint Louis defensive lineman Stanley Mckenzie has been busy. The junior also supplies the power in the middle of the lineup for the Crusaders baseball team, who at 11-3 is in second place in the ILH with the postseason tournament ahead in two weeks.
He admits that he’s thought about playing baseball in college, but his bread and butter is on the football field. As the next great defensive tackle to come through the Saint Louis pipeline, the 6-foot-2, 266-pound Mckenzie has already reeled in 11 Division I scholarship offers.
They are: Arizona, Boise State, California, Central Michigan, Hawaii, Nebraska, Oregon, Oregon State, San Jose State, UNLV, Virginia.
