Eletise held more than 40 offers out of high school and chose the Wildcats over schools including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, LSU, Washington and Oklahoma.
After redshirting in 2016, Eletise struggled to crack the starting rotation at Arizona. Listed at 6-foot-3 and 323 pounds, Eletise played in 11 games off the bench in 2017 and started in four of his 12 appearances this past season, including the final three games at right guard.
He has two years of college eligibility remaining.
Eletise told the Star-Advertiser’s Stephen Tsai he is exploring the possibility of applying for a special waiver that would allow him to play this upcoming season.
A full story with quotes from Eletise will be available in Sunday’s Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
