ILH champion Kamehameha and OIA champion Aiea are the top two seeds in Division I of The Queen’s Medical Center/HHSAA Girls Soccer State Championships that begin on Monday. Monday’s first round will feature two games on Oahu, one game on Maui and one game on the Big Island.
