Kapolei defensive end Kukea Emmsley has his first college football scholarship offer. Oregon State did its homework and made an offer to the 6-foot-5, 230-pound junior on Saturday, according to Kapolei coach Darren Hernandez. “Kukea has great potential. The Golden Bears extended an offer Friday to Waianae defensive end Kana’i Mauga, who now holds offers from three different Pac-12 schools. Maninoa Tufono of Punahou has a fourth football scholarship offer as of this morning. Nevada is the latest university to offer a scholarship to the 6-foot-3, 220-pound sophomore, joining Hawaii, Oregon and Washington State. Tufono posted the news on Twitter.
