The Pac-Five Wolfpack will have a player in the Polynesian Bowl for the very first time. Senior Leif Fautanu, a 6-foot-3, 300-pound offensive lineman, has been named a Polynesian Bowl All Star. Pac-Five finished its season with a 3-5 record after beating Waialua, 14-6, in its final game of 2018 on Friday at Aiea. The Wolfpack put together a modest winning streak when they got off to a 2-1 start. In recent years under head coach Kip Botelho, you’d be much more likely to see 46 pass plays from Pac-Five instead of running plays.
