With the start of the Interscholastic League of Honolulu football season nearing, Kamehameha coach Abu Ma‘afala can see the light. The ILH football schedule begins on Aug. 27 with three games. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound outside linebacker is rated No. 1 at his position in the class of 2023, and his barnstorming tour is like none other for Hawaii football players.
