On paper, it was a solid, sweet homecoming win for the Kamehameha Warriors. For head coach Abu Maafala, it was less than stellar. Friday’s scheduled football game between No. 6 Kamehameha and No. 2 Kahuku has been moved to Aloha Stadium, OIA executive director Ray Fujino said today. Kahuku was originally scheduled to host the Warriors at Carleton E. Weimer Field. “A few years ago we tried to play (at Kahuku after heavy rain), but it took a long time to drain,” Fujino said.
