The time for talking is over. The top two teams in the OIA all season collide Friday night at Aloha Stadium as No. 2 Kahuku faces No. 3 Mililani for the OIA D-I title. The Red Raiders had never lost to the Trojans until 2013, when Mililani beat Kahuku in the OIA semifinals.
