Kahuku tight end Ethan Erickson has been selected a 2019 Polynesian Bowl All Star. The 6-foot-5, 220-pound senior has caught eight passes for 110 yards this season for the Red Raiders. Kahuku linebacker Miki Ah You has been selected a Polynesian Bowl All Star. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound University of Washington commit suffered a season-ending knee injury three weeks ago against Saint Louis and will not be able to play in the 2019 Polynesian Bowl, but was still selected for what he has achieved on the field and his high character off of it. Kahuku’s Tausili Fiatoa, a 6-foot-2, 230-pound defensive end, has been selected a Polynesian Bowl All-Star. Fiatoa, who transferred from Orem (Utah) for his senior season after starting his high school career with the Red Raiders, is the second Kahuku player selected to the game, joining offensive lineman Enokk Vimahi.
