Kamehameha’s Spencer Dunaway shot a 69 at Waikoloa to win the David Ishii / HHSAA state boys golf championship on Friday. Dunaway, who shared the lead with four other boys after the first round, shot a 69 in the second round to beat Moanalua’s Kyosuke Hara and Punahou’s Andrew Chin by three strokes.
