Radford’s Camryn Butz won her third race of the season, finishing first during an OIA meet at Central Oahu Regional Park on Saturday. Butz finished the 5-kilometer race in 20 minutes, 40.35 seconds. The Rams took the top three spots with Karla Angulo finishing in 21:35.48 and Taryn Trigler finishing in 21:40.43.
In the boys 5k, Kalaheo’s Avery Torres finished first in 16:34.39. Teammate Colby Otero was second in 16:55.23 and Castle’s Hudson Lockette placed third in 17:50.13.
At Stanford, Calif., Punahou senior Connor Lehl placed 28th in the Stanford Invitational’s boys seeded race. Lehl, who won last Saturday’s race at Hawaii Preparatory, finished with a 5k time of 15:33.90. Cooper Teare of St. Joseph won the race in 14:38.90.
