Two voters switched their No. 1 choice from Punahou to Mililani, but the Buffanblu are still on top of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Football Top 10, which comes out in the Tuesday edition.

Punahou (7-0), which squeaked by Saint Louis 35-28 in the ILH playoffs on Friday, got 18 first-place votes and 234 points in this week’s poll, slightly less than the 20 and 236 last week.

The Trojans (10-0) routed Campbell 47-15 in the OIA semifinals Thursday, and got 221 points and six first-place votes from the poll voters.

By virtue of its 21-14 last-minute win over Farrington, Kahuku rose two spots to No. 3. Saint Louis dropped a spot to No. 4

The Govs dropped a spot to No. 5, and the bottom half of the Top 10 remained the same — Campbell at No. 6, followed by Kamehameha, Lahainaluna, Leilehua and Hilo.

In the Honolulu Star-Advertiser’s Girls Volleyball Top 10, which will be in the Tuesday edition, the top four teams remained the same as last week — Kamehameha at No. 1, followed by Punahou, Moanalua and Kamehameha-Hawaii.

Kahuku, No. 9 last week, dropped out of the poll, replaced by OIA runner-up Kapolei all the way from unranked to No. 8.

Other than that, there was minimal movement. Konawaena moved up one spot to No. 5, dropping ‘Iolani to No. 6.
